    SEP-1515 is a specially formulated epoxide based primer under low temperature and high humidity conditions for epoxy primer coating over various surfaces like concrete,stone granite, marble etc. It can also be used as primer application in various epoxy flooring and coating applications over different substrates.

    Mix all the material in the appropriate proportion as per described on the product manual

    Surface Preparation:
    Step 1- clean the surface from all loose dust particle by using a vacuum cleaner or dry cloth.
    Step 2- apply a jet of warm to hot water to remove the sticky particle ove the surface.
    Step3- Use light conc. HCL or H2SO4 to degrease the surface and finally clean it with normal water after 2-3 hours of applied acids.

    Precautions & Limitations:
    Professionals should Wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of direct contact and irritation, it should be washed off immediately with soap and warm water. Avoid breathing vapours, mist or gas.

    Spills & Disposal:
    In case of spills, sweep up and shovel the spilled material. Keep spilled material in suitable, closed containers for disposal. Soak up with an absorbent such as clay, sand or other suitable material. Flush area with water to remove trace residue. Do not allow the product to reach the sewage system. Waste must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state or local regulations, as applicable
