SCF 102
SCF-102 is low viscosity modified epoxy resin and low viscous hardener to produce a very thin paste which can easily penetrate the cracks of width up-to 1mm to 4 mm. SCF-102 ensures the optimum sealing of concrete surfaces and maximum bond strength to withstand heavy loads also.SCF-102 act as an excellent waterproofing agent for various leakage areas.

Mix all the material in the appropriate proportion as per described on the product manual
Surface Preparation:
Step 1- clean the surface from all loose dust particle by using a vacuum cleaner or dry cloth.
Step 2- apply a jet of warm to hot water to remove the sticky particle ove the surface.
Step3- Use light conc. HCL or H2SO4 to degrease the surface and finally clean it with normal water after 2-3 hours of applied acids.
Precautions & Limitations:
Professionals should Wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of direct contact and irritation, it should be washed off immediately with soap and warm water. Avoid breathing vapours, mist or gas.

In case of spills, sweep up and shovel the spilled material. Keep spilled material in suitable, closed containers for disposal. Soak up with an absorbent such as clay, sand or other suitable material. Flush area with water to remove trace residue. Do not allow the product to reach the sewage system. Waste must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state or local regulations, as applicable.
