SHCR 900
SHCR-900 is highly chemical resistant screed to various concentrated acids and alkali with very fast responsive system. Its major application areas are those which are prone to various alkali and acidic attacks. It is capable to withstand high loading, wear and tear.

Mix all the material in the appropriate proportion as per described on the product manual.
Surface Preparation:
Over various Shawar epoxide primers, If applying over raw concrete firstly remove dust from the surface. Then apply a water jet and make the surface clean from various sticky dust particle. Now apply the light conc HCL or Acetone to degrease the surface and then clean it with water after 2-3 hours of applying acid.
Precautions & Limitations:
Professionals should Wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. In case of direct contact and irritation, it should be washed off immediately with soap and warm water. Avoid breathing vapours, mist or gas.

Spills & Disposal:
In case of spills, sweep up and shovel the spilled material. Keep spilled material in suitable, closed containers for disposal. Soak up with an absorbent such as clay, sand or other suitable material. Flush area with water to remove trace residue. Do not allow the product to reach the sewage system. Waste must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state or local regulations, as applicable
